At Kurja Enterprises, we value your trust and strive to give you a smooth, transparent shopping experience. Since our products are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, we maintain specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review the details carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Request Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Requests can only be submitted through your account portal on our website.
  • After your request is reviewed, our team will confirm if it qualifies for return/exchange.

2. Return Process

  1. Once approved, you will be notified via email or portal.
  2. We will schedule a pickup from your doorstep at no extra cost.
  3. Returned items will undergo a quality check at our warehouse.
  4. If approved, we will process a refund or exchange and notify you.

3. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after the product passes inspection.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds are made to the original payment source.
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via net banking (bank details required).
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Certain categories are final sale due to their nature, customization, or hygiene reasons:

  • Exclusive Designer Sarees
  • Sarees ordered with customization (Fall, Pico, blouse stitching)
  • Orders above ₹25,000
  • Pre-orders (made-to-order)
  • Only eligible if damaged/defective
  • Urgent dispatch orders (before standard dispatch time)

5. Conditions for Return Approval

  • Item must be unused and unwashed.
  • No stains, odors, or damage.
  • All tags, folds, and packaging intact.
  • Sarees must not be dry-cleaned or altered.

6. International Orders

  • Returns/Exchanges/Refunds are not available for international orders except in cases of damage.
  • Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Orders undelivered due to customer reasons (incorrect address, unavailability, refusal to accept) will not be refunded.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase provided they are not dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, eligible returns can be initiated after delivery.
  • Full refunds are provided for cancellations made before dispatch.

8. Product Disclaimer

Our products are handloom, handwoven, hand-painted, and handcrafted. Variations in weave, color, or print are part of their natural charm and not considered defects. Examples include:

  • Slight weaving irregularities
  • Minor color spread/variation
  • Natural dye absorption difference
  • Variation in embellishments (beads, sequins, tassels, pompoms)

9. Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, due to screen settings and photographic lighting, slight differences may occur. Customers should allow for minor variations, especially in shades like red, maroon, orange, green, blue, off-white, and cream.

Kurja Enterprises reserves the right to decline returns or refunds if products do not meet the above criteria.
